Finding the Eclipse or Flash Builder log file
In some situation, ElementRiver will need your Eclipse/FlashBuilder log file to help diagnose a problem. This log file can be found in your workspace directory (usually called 'Flash Builder 4' in your users directory). In your workspace directory there is a directory called ".metadata". The log file, named ".log", can be found here.
